When ordering Products on the Website – Orders can be placed by the Buyer 24 hours a day, but The Seller assembles orders only on working days from 10 am to 4 pm (Riga time zone).
On Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays orders will not be assembled.
The Seller sends the Buyer a confirmation that their order has been accepted by e-mail. If the Buyer does not receive a confirmation e-mail, then the order is not accepted.
Order assembly starts when the payment for the order is transferred to the Seller’s account.

TONUS ELAST Ships your selected Products to the delivery address specified in the order within 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days from the moment TONUS ELAST has received payment of your order invoice, using the Supplier of your choice.
Please note that the above deadlines are subject to change depending on the received number of orders and workload of TONUS ELAST e-shop, especially during holidays.

Depending on the total amount of Products ordered, delivery may be free of charge (information on free delivery is available below).
Please note that you will receive accurate shipping costs before placing your order.

Customs Duties and Clearance Fees

For orders shipped outside the European Union (EU), import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and other import-related charges may apply, depending on the laws and regulations of the destination country.

Please note that all import duties, taxes, customs clearance, and other import-related costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise specified for a particular order. These costs are not included in the price of the goods or the shipping costs.

The buyer is responsible for providing accurate contact information and cooperating in a timely manner with customs authorities and the delivery service provider (e.g., DHL) to ensure successful customs clearance and delivery of the shipment.

If the buyer fails to take the necessary steps to complete the customs clearance process, fails to pay applicable import duties or taxes, fails to provide the requested information, or cannot be reached by the delivery service provider, resulting in the shipment being returned to the sender, all costs incurred in connection with the return, storage, customs clearance, re-importation, and other related activities shall be borne by the buyer.

In such cases, the seller has the right to deduct these costs from the refundable amount for the order.
